2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our scripts and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your script after all included revisions have been used, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined in this policy.
Our goal is to ensure you receive a script that meets your needs and helps your channel grow. We will work with you through the revision process to address any concerns before considering a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- You have used all included revisions for your script package, and the script still does not meet the agreed-upon requirements.
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the final version of your script (after all revisions).
- The script has not been used in any published video or content.
- You provide specific feedback explaining why the script does not meet your requirements or expectations.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You have already used the script in a published video or content (including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform).
- You have not used all the revisions included in your package to address your concerns with the script.
- Your refund request is based on factors outside the scope of our services (e.g., performance metrics like views or engagement, which we cannot guarantee).
- Your request is submitted more than 7 days after receiving the final version of your script (after all revisions).
- You have changed your content strategy or niche after ordering and receiving a script that met the original requirements.
- The script meets all the requirements specified in your original order and subsequent revision requests.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@youscripted.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]".
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name and contact information
- Order number and date of purchase
- Detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Specific issues with the script that were not resolved through the revision process
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days and may contact you for additional information if needed.
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if we determine that some aspects of the script met the requirements while others did not. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on:
- The extent to which the script met the original requirements
- The number of revisions already provided
- The specific issues identified in your refund request
We reserve the right to offer additional revisions as an alternative to a partial refund if we believe the issues can be resolved through further collaboration.
7. Subscription and Package Refunds
For monthly subscription packages (Growth and Empire plans):
- Refunds for individual scripts within a package will be calculated on a pro-rated basis according to the package price.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- No refunds will be issued for unused scripts in a billing cycle if you cancel your subscription mid-cycle.
8. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our decision regarding your refund request, please respond to our email with additional information or clarification. We are committed to finding a fair resolution and will review your case again.
In the event that we cannot reach a mutually agreeable solution, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
